Festival Overview
Tulip Time Festival turns Holland into a spring display of flower beds, Dutch heritage programming, and parade-day street life. The center of it is Downtown Holland, where tulips line the streets and storefront blocks, then the experience stretches outward to larger garden sites like Window on the Waterfront, Veldheer Tulip Gardens, and the historic Nelitje deKruyf Tulip Garden. What makes the festival feel distinct is the mix: one part bloom-chasing, one part small-city parade tradition, and one part Dutch cultural presentation, with Dutch dance performances and market activity woven into the flower viewing rather than separated from it.
