Festival Overview
Every spring, as Georgia’s native dogwood trees reach peak bloom, Piedmont Park transforms into one of the Southeast’s largest outdoor celebrations of art and culture. The Atlanta Dogwood Festival has welcomed generations of visitors since 1936 and remains one of the country’s most respected juried fine arts festivals. Hundreds of artists, live performances, family activities, local food, and Atlanta’s skyline create an atmosphere that feels more like a perfect day in the park than a traditional street festival.
