Festival Overview
Pensacola Seafood Festival fills the historic downtown parks with Gulf seafood, cooking demonstrations, live music, and a substantial arts-and-crafts market. Seville Square supplies oak shade and a civic center; Fountain and Bartram parks extend the route toward the bay, turning a meal-focused visit into a weekend street circuit.
The festival traces the journey from working coast to public table. Shrimp, fish, oysters and crab carry the Gulf into the city, while chefs and vendors show how each ingredient changes through frying, grilling, blackening, smoking or stewing.
