Festival Overview
Seoul International Fireworks Festival transforms the banks of the Han River into one of South Korea’s largest public celebrations, combining world-class pyrotechnics, synchronized music, and the dramatic skyline of Seoul into an unforgettable evening spectacle. Centered around Yeouido Hangang Park, the festival attracts hundreds of thousands of spectators who gather along both sides of the river, on bridges, and in nearby parks to watch elaborate displays launched from barges anchored on the Han. While the fireworks are the headline attraction, the event also celebrates music, community, and the vibrant energy of one of Asia’s great capital cities, making it one of Seoul’s signature annual events.
