Through the afternoon, the festival gradually comes alive with food vendors, bars, and smaller performances while groups move repeatedly between the campsite and arena. By late afternoon, crowds begin flowing steadily toward the main stages as the excitement builds for the evening’s biggest acts. After sunset, the atmosphere changes completely, with packed audiences, large-scale production, and headline performances carrying the festival well into the night before people slowly drift back through the campsite beneath the stars.

Food here fits the all-day festival routine: quick, salty, filling things you can eat between camp and the arena, plus cold beer and mixed drinks once the afternoon heat starts to ease. Expect the food and bar zone to be part refuel stop, part meeting point, with people grabbing sandwiches before heading toward the main stage and returning later at night for something hot after the headline set.

If you are staying in the camping area, set up as early as you can so you are not wrestling with tents in the strongest sun, and make a mental note of your tent’s position before dark because rows can look the same on the way back at night. Keep one easy circuit in mind: camp to food to main stage to bars to camp again. If there is an act you really care about, head to the main stage area well before the set rather than trying to push forward once the crowd has packed in.
